What happened this quarter ?
- A new librarian joined our team at flagship primary school in rural Abuja.
- Ten new scholars onboarded for the 2026 academic year.
- Establishing new partnerships with primary schools across the state to provide book donations and educational supplies to rural communities.
What surprised us
The Abuja state education commissioner visited unannounced and spent the morning sitting in on a P4 mathematics lesson. She did not give a speech. She listened to the children explain what they were learning, and she took notes.
That kind of attention — quiet, curious, unscripted — is exactly what these communities have been asking for.
What we need next
December's push is for school uniforms. Each uniform costs about ₦6,500. Every contribution clothes a scholar for the new year.
